The Valley apparel is made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or preference changes.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at stephanie@thegreatervalleyguide.com and include photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
