Christine Ann Domestic Abuse Services is a non-profit organization that has been in the Oshkosh community since 1984.
We provide inclusive services to all individuals and families throughout our primary service areas – Winnebago and Green Lake Counties. Our mission is to empower individuals and families through education, safety and support and lead our community to reduce the incidents and effects of domestic abuse and dating violence.
Emergency Shelter
Our emergency shelter has 37 beds and provides safe, accessible, temporary housing for those seeking safety from domestic abuse. Our shelter is located in downtown Oshkosh with satellite offices at LEAVEN Community Resource Center in Menasha and Town Square Community Center in Green Lake.
24-hour Crisis Line
We operate a 24-hour crisis line where trained Advocates are ready to assist callers anytime of day or night, providing emotional support, education on power and control tactics, effects of abuse, healthy relationship education, and information about community resources available in our counties.
Legal Advocacy
Legal Advocacy is provided for survivors who are seeking legal support as they participate in the criminal or civil legal system, help with restraining order paperwork, court accompaniment, and referrals to legal resources in the community.
Youth Services
Youth Services are available to youth ages 4-19 years old who are impacted by domestic abuse in some capacity. Our Youth Team provides support and education for awareness of issues surrounding domestic abuse and dating violence for children and teens. Advocates assist youth to understand healthy relationships, build self-esteem, and safety plan.
